The School Inclusion Training Program (SITP) is a comprehensive 12-week training for individuals working in the context of education/schools and interested in learning about how to create inclusive classrooms. It equips participants to recognize some of the challenges that children with disabilities experience in current classrooms and school systems, and offers general inclusive instructional techniques which would benefit all children and improve the overall quality of teaching in the classroom.

The program aims to support educators to create inclusive classrooms that allow children with diverse needs to not just learn but thrive in the school
Opportunity to learn evidence-based inclusive education practices
It comprises of four teaching blocks and supervision sessions. Teaching and facilitation during the program will be done through presentations, videos, quizzes, pre-readings, small group activities and case-based discussions. At the end of every block, participants will have a supervised space for discussions on how to implement the knowledge they acquired in their context. This will be done through specific assignments to consolidate their learnings and through sharing their work.
